AVgroup was one of the partners of the initiative
The Mohyla Open Hackathon Youth Competition for Innovative Ideas was created to provide an opportunity for the new generation to prove themselves as ideological, socially-oriented inventors in environmental development, energy efficiency, and improving society. More than 35 students and young people from all over Ukraine from March to May 2021 presented their projects, 7 of them made it to the finals. The project was initiated in cooperation with the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the energy company Megatrading with the support of the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine and the Kyiv City State Administration. AVgroup was also one of the partners of the initiative.
In addition to incentive cash prizes and gift sets from sponsors, the competition leaders were awarded a grant to study at NaUKMA and received certificates for teamwork in coworking.

The principle of sustainable development is about the balance of different components: environmental, social, economic, and each of these components has its challenges. Challenges for both society and consumers. And we need to come together to respond to these challenges because it is impossible if you are on your own.
Social initiatives will always be the driving force of innovation. The Mohyla Hackathon opens a window of opportunity for new views on business responsibility and future development. Thankfully to competition, it is possible to promote and support bright ideas and enter the foreign market with original developments and real leaders.
